~ So I literally sat here for 10 minutes trying to figure out what to write in this little box. I am the mother of 5 girls, wife to my husband of almost 20 years, part time worker at a restaurant. I spend my life trying to figure out why I spend most of my life struggling and spreading myself to thin. Trying to help each of my daughters, being the helpmeet that my husband needs and trying to do it all on my own. That is what I do, should I being doing it all on my own? No. I should be, as a Christian, relying on God to support and direct me. I know that in my head, but struggle to put that information in my heart. I have spent most of my Christian life being hurt, weather by “friends” or by family. Should I trust God? Yes! Do I find it hard to let him lead me? Absolutely! but I can honestly say that I want to get to that place that I can.
