Our Valentine’s Day Dinner

I don’t know about your neck of the woods, but here in North East Ohio- it is cooooooold. We decided to celebrate Valentine’s day at home with our dear friends who live near by- we beat the weather and had a wonderful night in with our families. Here was what was on the menu…..

Marinated and Grilled Pork Tenderloin (Yes, I grilled – thankfully, the grill moved very close to the back door!)
Homemade Cheesy Potatoes- I’ll be back with this recipe.

Green beans….I simply poured 2 bags of green beans in a casserole dish, dotted with 3/4 stick of butter and added 2 packets of dry Italian dressing. I baked them for 45 mins in a 350 oven.

Fruit salad {which I didn’t serve because I forgot about it, lol!} I will be back with this recipe- it was from the same friend who gave me this recipe…..

I made these delicious cake covered ice cream balls, but I used chocolate syrup with crushed Oreos instead. Mmmm..

My sweet little one decorated the kid table, made place cards, and pink lemonade. She has such a servant’s heart.

and our amazing friends….such blessings in our lives.

I am so thankful for ALL of the wonderful friends God has given us….what a gift true friendship is. <3

“Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.” John 15:13
