This looks easy and delicious Janelle! I make a French bread pudding with a whiskey sauce (alcohol burns off;-) every Christmas Day that I got out of the cookbook The Silver Palate that is to die for. Bread pudding is one of those comfort foods that just makes you feel good:-)
hi thanks for the "diet coke" tip.heres to "diet coke" with everything.i have made your cookies and had to look up an irish altern to vanilla pudding mix.birds custard dry powder mix came up , so i took a chance and lo and be hold you are a scientist (your in the wrong job girl) they were great.since then i have put 25g of it into banana bread and scones (biscuits).sooooooo soft and airy.i have had to stop myself as it nearly went in to the beef stew and lasagna..(just kiddin) a great tip. god bless mia
