A short while ago I asked some of my friends to send me some of their favorite recipes. One of my friends, Katie, gave me her favorite chicken dish, Chicken Scaloppini. It is tried and true…a delicious recipe indeed! The light, buttery crust of the chicken pairs wonderfully with homemade lemon sauce. The sauce also tastes amazing on top of risotto! Enjoy!

I'm going to make this for dinner tonight, It is almost the same as a lemon chicken recipe I have but just a couple of variations. TFS!!
I try the recipe at lunch time but I use salmon scalop (and fish broth), it was very yummi.
Children and husband love it!!!
