The house looks beautiful Janelle! And I’m totally with you on the over-sized blue angel ornament! I had the exact same thoughts…but it’s on our school room wall…right next to the kids tree and looks great!
Ok- I just got teary that you saved yours too- and we have the same one….awww!!!!!!
Your home is so beautiful! I love your decor!
Your house looks beautiful – so warm and welcoming! I love your decorations, especially the ones your children made and the blue angel really made me smile. We have an oversized ornament my son made when he was in about Grade1 that we still put on the tree, and he’s now nearly 19! In fact, I even have a smaller one I made when I was in Kindergarten. Thank you so much for hosting!
LOVE your pillows! I also have my kids decorate. I’m always amazed at others professonally “looking” decorated trees. The kids have so much fun anyway, plus the tree we pick is usually an inexpensive Charlie Brown type of tree. We have a knack for choosing crooked trees that are way too fat on the bottom–but hey, they cost less than the beautiful fraser firs anyway. Cute pics of kids too.
I LOVE your pictures of you home and family! Just beautiful! Inspires me to get moving on our home Christmastime decorating! Hopefully tomorrow!
Beautiful. Wow!! I can’t see a place to link up. Am I missing it?
I don’t have the decorating gene either, but I think your house looks beautiful!
Aww, thanks Margo. lol. One day when the kids are older I will borrow a friend with a good eye and she can help me! haha!
Beautiful! My oldest is 19 and I still hang his preschool ornaments and get all sentimental.
Your house looks lovely!I linked up some mint cookies 🙂
Your home is beautiful & obvious a loving family lives there 🙂 Thank you for opening it up & sharing it with us 🙂 Very festive!
Janelle, I loved this post. Thanks for sharing your holiday decor! We always have the kids hang their old hand-made ornaments and it’s so nostalgic. Tradition is a wonderful thing.
Many blessings to you and your sweet family, ~Lisa
