Marinate 1 lb of shrimp per person in butter, olive oil, fresh garlic, orange juice, and lemon pepper. Place in the refrigerator for approximately 30 mins. It is typical for the marinade to harden while in the refrigerator.
Place shrimp in a grill skillet and toss back and forth by shaking the skillet until shrimp is cooked {be careful of flames}.This takes approximately 5 mins. Season with Old Bay seasoning. Serve hot of the grill!

Easy Marinated Grilled Shrimp |
- 6 lbs shrimp- raw, deveined, tails off. {do not get already cooked}
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 cup orange juice
- 6 cloves fresh garlic minced
- 1 tsp lemon pepper
- Old Bay seasoning
- Whisk together melted butter, olive oil, orange juice, garlic and lemon pepper.
- Add shrimp and place in refrigerator for 30 mins.
- Heat grill to medium-high heat.
- Place marinated shrimp in grill skillet and toss constantly for 5 mins until done.
- Season with Old Bay.
1 lb of shrimp per person- you can multiply accordingly or use 1/2 pound as a side to another meat
