So, we did what all glutenous minimus people do and talked about all the foods we COULD eat, ha!
She was so sweet to share this easy idea-I’ve made it a ton of times! It’s great for those busy weeknights. Enjoy!

Loaded Italian Rice- A Quick GF Meal Idea!

Ingredients
- Brown Rice {per package instructions}
- 1 jar of marinara {I recommend Newman’s Own- or thaw out frozen homemade sauce}
- 1.5 lbs browned and drained lean ground beef
- 1 cup freshly shredded mozzarella cheese
- Italian spices
- Parmesan cheese for dusting
Instructions
- Cook rice per package instructions.
- Place 1 cup of cooked rice in an individual serving bowl.
- Pour warmed marinara over top.
- Add browned and drained beef
- Cheeses and spices to the top!
Notes
You can add ANY ingredients to the top of your dish…try veggies, and/or different kinds of meats/cheeses! Make it your own and enjoy!
