Fried Nutella Ravioli

WOWSA, is this ever good!!!! If you are a Nutella fan like I am, you are going to be amazed how tasty this dessert is…and it is so easy to make! Thank you Giada De Laruentiis, over at Food Network, for sharing this winning recipe! LOVE IT!

Nutella, wonton wrappers (in the produce section of the grocery store), an egg, nuts (optional)

Lay out a won ton wrapper on a cutting board. Crack egg and scramble in a bowl. Brush egg on all 4 sides of wonton wrapper. Spoon Nutella in the center of the wonton wrapper and place pecans on top.

Fold over making sure all sides are sealed.

Heat vegetable oil in a large pan on high. When it starts to boil add the raviolis and turn the heat down to med-high.

flip over and brown on both sides (doesn’t take long!)

Transfer to a paper towel lined plate

I warmed Nutella and drizzled the plate with it..set 3 raviolis on top, sprinkled with powdered sugar, added a scoop of ice cream with whipped topping and a strawberry garnish!

Fried Nutella Ravioli

16 Wonton wrappers
1 egg beaten
1 cup Nutella
1 cup pecans
1 small container of vegetable oil
(powdered sugar, ice cream)

Brush all sides of a wonton with egg. Place a dollup of Nutella in the center and top with a pecan. Fold in half making sure all sides are sealed. Heat oil in a large pan on stove (high heat). When the oil is hot place the raviolis in the pan and turn the heat down to med-high. Let brown and flip over. Transfer raviolis to a plate covered with a paper towel. Transfer to a dish and garnish to your liking!
Enjoy this, I sure did!
