Hi Janelle – I figured the measurements out for our German scale system – lol. And baked thouse molten chocolate cakes tonight for my sweetheart. One single word: DELICIOUS!!!!! My husband used to be a chef (long ago) and he loved it, too!!! It's always so hard to please him in regards of cooking… I served the cakes with homemade rasperry sauce… wow!
