Easy Ham and Cheesy Quiche

Is it TRUE? Have I never posted this recipe to Comfy in the Kitchen? For as many times as I make this, I had to laugh when I  noticed it was not in my index! This recipe has been featured on Women Living Well and I have referenced it many times ….it’s one of my favorites! Save it-print it- make it often. It’s wonderful.

This is such an easy dish to whip up for a brunch, pot-luck, or morning bible study! I can’t count how many times I have made this. I also can’t count how many times I have been asked for the recipe…so here it is! It is simple, turns out perfect every time, easy to transport and is DEEEEElish!!!

Sauté diced onions and ham in a pan sprayed with Pam

Add eggs and heavy cream, season with salt and pepper.

Beat Well

Lay cheese down on top of pie shell

Add ham and onions

Pour egg mixture on top

Bake in oven set at 375 for 35-45 mins.

The top of the Quiche will be lightly browned and the center should not move. If it does, place back in oven and cook in 5 min intervals.

The best Quiche ever and Ohhh, so easy!

  1. This recipe gets 5 STARS!! I can testify to the goodness of this quiche!! I’ve had it at least a half dozen times now and I can’t get enough – I’m wishing I had a pie shell right now so I could make one tomorrow morning!
Thanks for a great recipe Janelle!
    Love ya,
    Courtney

  2. I love this quiche and have made it probably 15 times! A great variation is to add some chopped spinach, it cooks up beautifully in the oven, and adds some great color.

    • My children have just started eating spinach- I LOVE that! They watched “Popeye” – lol. Spinach is one of my favorite veggies- in fact, I have a simple sautéed spinach in my files to share- thanks for the reminder! lol

  3. Looks like a great recipe. thanks for posting it. It’s even worth the trouble of making a pie crust. 🙂

  4. I have never made a quiche before, and honestly the thought kind of grossed me out. This looks pretty good, however, and I think I will have to give it a try. By the way, your croissant chicken is my family’s new favorite!

  5. I’m making this recipe this week – I love it – I must have gotten it from WLW . . .and didn’t even realize it because I’m “sure” you posted it. (Which you did – over there!) This is a FANTASTIC recipe. It’s what we had for our HUGE family Christmas breakfast this past Christmas because it was easy to make lots of them and they are just so tasty!

  6. I’ve never been much of a quiche person, but this sounds quick, easy, and delicious!

  7. It’s in the oven now. I’m making one to share and one for supper :o) Thanks for sharing!

  8. This has become a New Year’s Morning tradition for me and my husband while we watch the Rose Parade. He makes sure that it’s going to be made every year! Thanks for another yummy comfy recipe!

  9. I can’t wait to they this recipe. We have fresh eggs daily, about a dozen a day. This is a great way to use up some eggs for a girls Brunch.
