Happy Friday Ladies!!!!
Have you seen Roomag’s new look this week? It is just beautiful! Come visit me over there where I am sharing this delicious “broiled scallop” recipe…Something about the warmer weather makes me crave a good ole , fashioned seafood dinner! Serve with fresh corn on the cob, a baked potato buffet, and sweet tea– a meal with few steps but many smiles!
I’m also visiting my friend Courtney at Women Living Well! She is sharing one of my favorite simple breakfasts…Oatmeal with Peanut butter. It’s a great combination of carbs and protein. There is just something about melting peanut butter that makes me want to get up in the morning 🙂

Thank you so much for featuring my Spinach Dip!! You are so sweet! Thanks for the great party 🙂
Oatmeal with peanut butter sounds amazing! Oatmeal just became this morning’s menu item so we can try this out. Thanks for hosting! Sharing our recipe for molasses apple-nut muffins which would also make a good pre-workout snack. 🙂 Blessings!
I tried that PB and oatmeal combination this morning and it was wonderful- warm and cozy breakfast and it kept me full until lunch! I’ve never had scallops- what type of flavor are they? What texture? I’ve never had much seafood (if you can’t tell!). Thank you!
Blessings,
