What is there not to like about this cheesy, hearty and flavorful side dish? It has been a staple at many-a-potlucks in my family. Enjoy!
Prepare rice, and mix together with cheese whiz, sautéed onions and celery, cream of chicken soup {you may replace with 1/2 cup chicken broth and 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream for gluten-free cooking}, milk and steamed broccoli.
Mix all together and bake in a 350 oven for 45 mins until hot and bubbling!

Ingredients
- 1 8 oz jar Cheese Whiz
- 1 10 oz can cream of chicken soup {or 1/2 cup chicken broth and 1/2 cup heaving whipping cream for a gluten-free option}
- 1 head steamed broccoli {chopped}
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3/4 cup milk
- salt/pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Grease a 9×13 pan.
- Sautee onions and celery in butter.
- Mix all ingredients together and bake for 45 mins until bubbly. Delicious!
