Loaded Baked Potato Chip Dip

 I know am not being a good influence here…but, this dip is so blogworthy I can’t even stand it. My mother-in-law was telling me about this delicious dip she had while at a friend’s house. It sounded so good, I had to try it! This was what I brought to our Ladies Summer Bible study this week. It was so good, I made it again for friends last night! Serve with hearty potato chips and it tastes like you’re eating a loaded baked potato. Mmm!

*Naturally gluten-free {NOT fat-free!}

Freshly shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, cream cheese, bacon crumbles, green onions.

Mix well with mixer.

Place in a casserole dish

Cover and bake for 30 mins, uncover and bake 15 more mins until lightly golden.

Serve hot out of the oven with chips! I choose wavy chips because this is a thicker dip.

Share with others! {or you will be in big, big trouble}

A shout out to the 3rd annual Summer Ladies Bible Study! Love you girls!!!! We are so blessed to have God and one another!

    Janelle, thank you for posting this recipe. And I love the picture of our girls Summer group as well. I look forward to getting to know you more. You have already been a blessing to me as I appreciate how much you care about hurting people and your love for the Word of God. Thank you for coleading our group!

    • Thank you so much Melissa!!! You have been a blessing to me too….I always appreciate when you share with the group, I can tell you are also SO compassionate. I would love to get our families together this Summer.

  3. Okay…so I can feel my hips growning just looking at this…oh, yum yum yum!!!!

    Speaking of baked potato…have you ever had baked potato soup? So good and so easy…bake the potatos in oven, scoop out potatos into large soup pot, add whole milk (raw with cream is what we use), salt, garlic, pepper, green onion. Fry up bacon, crumble half into soup along with 2 tblspoons of bacon grease. Mix well. Mix 1 cup of sour cream into soup and serve with sour cream (sometimes I use home made yogurt in place of sour cream), cheddar cheese and remaining crumbled bacon and green onion…so yummie! We like it with a salad and sour dough bread…and you could end with a dessert of peanut butter and chocolate something…then go for an evening walk…(smirk)!

  4. Now this I have got to make! It sounds so good and will be on my list of recipes to try SOON! Thanks,
