{my favorite}
1 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup honey
1 cup coconut
1/2 cup ground flax
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla
Mix together. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Roll into balls.
{brown in color}
3 bananas
2 cups oats
1/4 cup peanutbutter
1/4 cup cocoa
1/3 cup applesauce
1 tsp vanilla
Mash bananas in a large bowl, then stir in remaining ingredients. Let batter stand for approximately 20 minutes, then drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes.
These look so yummy and healthy! I can’t wait to try these…yum…great for my new healthy way of eating!! Thanks for sharing janelle
Sure thing my friend 🙂
The first recipe is a bit confusing as it says to use 1 C of oatmeal, which to me means cooked oatmeal mush. Did you mean that, or is is 1 cup of rolled oats?
Thanks
Dear Maureen…oatmeal in this recipe is not prepared oatmeal cereal or porridge. It is dry oatmeal {like cornmeal}- you may also call it rolled oats, crushed oats, steel cut oats, ground oats…etc. Great question!
Do you bake the balls in the first recipe? Or just the banana recipe? Thanks!
The first ones are no bakes- SO easy and YUMMY!!!! I want to make them this week!!!
Chocolate Chip Cookie Balls are in the fridge now! Thank you for another wonderful tasting recipe!
