Strawberry-Banana’s n Creme Fruit Smoothie {High Protein!}

Oh, how I love a cool, fresh, fruit smoothie! Make one for breakfast, after a workout, or enjoy as a treat on a sunny afternoon. Here is a delicious recipe you and your entire family will enjoy!

 Strawberries, ice, bananas, orange juice, vanilla soy milk
Blend well
Serve with a straw and enjoy!

I make this smoothie often after my workout routine-the protein powder aids in recovery. If I don’t have this on hand, I end my workout with a protein drink such as  Ensure….What is your favorite smoothie/post workout drink?

  • 15 Whole Strawberries (Appx)
  • 2 Bananas
  • 1 Cup Vanilla Soy Milk {or milk of choice}
  • ½ Cup Orange Juice
  • 1 scoop Whey Protein
  • 2 Cups of Ice
  1. Blend together- enjoy!



  1. Be mindful about consuming too much soy milk – it has estrogenic properties. I speak from experience.
