As I was heading home from yoga class this morning, I was thinking about this yummy recipe from my childhood. Just a word of caution, make sure to use gluten-free Rice Krispies and not the regular Rice Krispies, as they are not gluten free. Rice Chex work well since they are gluten free. Love this site and the wonderful ministry ideas you share!
Thank you!
Janelle I just love all the yummy recipes you have on here! I just made the Peanut Butter Rice Squares. My kids were crazy about them. It was a nice treat to have when they came home from school. We have a peanut allergy in our family, so I replaced the peanut butter with SunButter.
Sunbutter is a made from sunflower seeds and it is delicious. It is our go to peanut butter alternative for all our cooking. Thanks for all you do!
Thank you!
I would make these squares with Soya Nut Butter. I have allergy to peanuts.
I printed this off right away – I think the basic recipe would be a good way to use up all kinds of leftover unsweetened cereal! Thanks!
