“Lightened up” Coconut Cream Pie

The “Better Baker ” shares this recipe from Amee’s Savory Dish. I love the combination of pudding with cream cheese. A great recipe for Spring! Thanks Marsha!
Starlight Mint Surprise Cookies
Eating in Winnipeg”  posted these fabulous cookies last week! Who doesn’t love a surprise..especially when chocolate is involved? Thanks Amanda!
Sweet Potatoes in the Crockpot!

“A Fixed Heart” tried making sweet potatoes in the crockpot and it worked! Hooray! She simply wrapped them up in foil and placed them smack dap in the crockpot! Sounds good to me Kris! Add butter and brown sugar and you have yourself a very tasty side dish.
