Chicken Bake {Using Wildtree Products}

IMG_4248
Hi Ladies! I just wanted to let you know about a new product that I have tried and LOVED. It’s called WildTree. Wildtree was founded on the premise that food should be natural, nutritious, delicious and easy to prepare – all at the same time. Their products are made with the finest ingredients available and contain no preservatives, additives, MSGs or dyes. They also have TONS of gluten-free options (awesome!). I love this product because it’s not only delicious, it’s “comfy”- they offer free recipes using their products that are simple, yet healthy.

Here is a meal I made for a dear friend who is on a gluten and dairy free diet. I simply placed chicken breasts, frozen green beans and red potatoes in a disposable pan. I then drizzled everything with WildTree’s Garlic Grapeseed Oil and sprinkled some Wildtree Italian Dressing Mix over the top. I covered it with foil and away it went!

Here is a list of all of their products– they are delicious! And say hello to sweet Melanie for me- she is precious.

  • 6 chicken breasts

  2. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle liberally with Italian seasoning.
  3. Bake in a 375 oven for 45 mins to an hour.

  1. Did you recommend frozen or thawed chicken?

    • I recommend thawed it making it right away. I made this for a teacher and knew she would be at work all day and it would be in the staff refrigerator 😉

  2. I really like this meal ministry (or, just meal for the family) idea, Janelle!
    I love that it’s simple and quick to whip up (and because I work full-time, this is really important for me and often makes meal ministry that much harder when recipes have so many steps). It sounds like its a really versatile and tasty recipe idea, too, and I like the option of giving the recipient a ‘freshly cooked’ meal, rather than one that they need to heat up (I think sometimes, it’s nice to have ‘fresh’!).
    Blessings on you & yours, Janelle x

  3. Janelle, I so appreciate easy, nutritious meal ideas like this. There are so many other recipe bloggers out there and sites with beautiful looking meals, but I just love following you (in addition to your love for the Lord and for serving others) because your recipes are do-able and don’t require fancy ingredients or many hours spent in the kitchen. Thank you for helping me serve my family, so grateful for Comfy in the Kitchen!

  4. I love Wildtree products too! I just made your dish the other night but just a little different. I t was good!

  5. Frozen chicken or fresh? Thanks sounds so good
